Pink Lady is another variety that's newer to Three Springs in the overall scope of things, and one I particularly like. Similar to it's Kiwi neighbor, Braeburn, Pink Lady have an electric "twang" of acidity that I enjoy. Very attractive apple with great storage capabilities and versatility of use.
